We’ve been in the property management business for the past 12 years, and our management portfolio here at Levey Miller Maretz has grown again with our recent acquisition of Beazley Property Management Co.
In buying the company, we acquired eight condominium and investment properties which we now manage (along with all of Beazley Property Management’s stock).
The sites now under our management include: Oyster Cove on Front Street in New Haven, Phoenix Landing on Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven, Victoria Beach Condominiums in East Haven, the Mill Rock Condominiums in Hamden, The Priory in Wooster Square in New Haven. We also now manage the McLagon Foundry, a commercial condominium on Whitney Avenue in New Haven and a mixed-use property on Route 1 in Branford.
We are pleased to welcome the residents and business owners at these locations to the Levey Miller Maretz family, and proud that the leaders of Beazley Property Management chose us to sell to because of our strong reputation in the area.
We’ve been working to expand our management portfolio since 2011 when we bought our first property management firm, Rolar Management. For us, it makes good business sense: management provides a steady base and nice complement to the commercial sales and leasing we do in the area.
More than that, though, it also gives us the valuable opportunity to interact with more people in the Greater New Haven community. In our role as property managers, we’re constantly in touch with condo owners, association board members, local vendors/businesses, neighborhood residents and other stakeholders who give us unique insights into the communities we serve. We’re always working to improve the quality of life for our clients, whether they are residential condo owners or the owners or tenants of commercial spaces.
