Diane Urbano joined the team of commercial realtors at Levey Miller Maretz in 2006.
She specializes in serving clients interested in buying or leasing office, retail, and medical and laboratory space in the New Haven County area. In addition, she has overseen the management of commercial construction projects with budgets up to $7.2 million, and is involved in property management of office/retail properties in Woodbridge and in the city of New Haven.
Prior to joining Levey Miller Maretz, Diane worked for the cities of New York and New Haven in public finance. She helped them obtaining financing for large-scale public projects including a library, a government center building, and the renovation of New Haven’s train station.
Diane is a member of the Ladies Guild of Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Woodbridge and of the Catholic Charities of New Haven. She has served on various public commissions, including nine years on The Woodbridge Economic Development Commission. She lives in Woodbridge with her husband Jim; they have three daughters.
