A Milford mixed-use property has a new owner, thanks to a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.
Jeremy Rosner of Levey Miller Maretz represented the seller in the deal, in which Dajo Properties LLC sold the site to Len Napoli for $500,000.
The 5,300-square-foot building has two apartments and one office space.
Arnold Peck of Arnold Peck’s Commercial World represented the buyer.
