A dining ware showroom has leased 450 square feet of space at 85 Willow St. in New Haven, in a deal brokered by Jeremy Rosner and Amy Nix of Levey Miller Maretz.
Spence Wells Associates markets and sells products in the institutional foodservice market – its clients include restaurants, hotels, hospitals, country club, grocery stores, colleges and others.
The company leased the space from landlord 85 Willow Street Equities LLC. The building previously housed Marlin Firearms.
