Andy Brauer

Andy has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years, primarily representing real estate developers and property owners.
He previously worked in Boston as the district leasing manager for a national shopping center developer. He also has experience leasing properties under construction; transitioning a shopping center from a full-price to outlet concept; and has managed residential and commercial properties throughout the Northeast.
At Levey Miller Maretz, which Andy joined in May 2019, he specializes in property management of shopping centers, offices and mixed-use properties. He works with commercial landlords and tenants, sellers and buyers, helping them achieve their real estate goals. He enjoys meeting new people and building business relationships, while learning about his clients’ needs and objectives – and then helping his clients in closing the deal. Andy is a member of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Commercial and Investment Division of the New Haven Middlesex Board of Realtors.
