Jeremy Rosner

Jeremy serves a wide range of clients and specializes in commercial real estate, and property management.

He works with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and condominium associations. Jeremy is a licensed realtor and is a Certified Community Association Manager in the state of Connecticut (with CAMICB qualifications). Jeremy currently manages a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including condominium associations, office buildings and retail centers. As property manager, Jeremy is involved in leasing, preparing budgets and maintenance strategies, as well as attending board meetings and going on site visits. Jeremy has managed renovation projects in excess of 1.5 million dollars.

Jeremy currently serves as Chairman of the Woodbridge Economic Development Commission, Chairman of the Commercial Investment Division of the New Haven Middlesex Board of Realtors, he sits on the Walter Camp Football Foundation Board of Governors, and also serves on the Hopkins School Alumni Association Board.
