Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz represented the buyer, Mauro Associates, in the purchase of 600 South Colony Road in Wallingford.
The seller, Porto Realty, was represented by Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group Realtors. The property included a 29,000 square foot building on 2.1 acres. The building is a former bowling alley.
