Arin Hayden, a Realtor and property manager here at Levey Miller Maretz, has received his Community Association Managers Certification license from the state of Connecticut, an important distinction in the property management business.
The license is required for all condominium property managers in the state, and attests that Arin has completed and passed a course and test administered by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board. That board is the accreditation group for more than 14,000 community association managers worldwide.
For our existing and prospective clients, this means that Arin has proven he is well-equipped to handle any situation that is likely to arise and affect condominium complexes. The course he completed tested his ability to tackle various situations and challenges that condo association boards are likely to face, and he has shown he can help associations act in their best interest.
We take very seriously our responsibility to be up-to-date on the most recent laws and issues facing condos, apartment complexes, commercial properties and other sites we manage. It’s what makes us effective property managers; we bring a wealth of knowledge to the table so our clients don’t have to.
In addition to the license, Arin has extensive on-the-job knowledge. Having worked at our firm since 2011, he leads our property management team and manages a 215-unit condo complex, four apartment complexes totaling 357 units, two commercial properties, five multifamily houses and a Yale University fraternity house.
