Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz was the sole broker on the lease transaction at D’Andrea’s Plaza in Woodbridge.
Litchfield Realty Trust, owner of D’Andrea’s Plaza in Woodbridge, has signed a lease with Jon D. Racow. Racow is the owner of State Farm Insurance office in Wallingford. Woodbridge will be his second location.
