A Waterbury man has purchased the industrial property at 64 Humphrey St. in Seymour, in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.
Daniel Archambault bought the 2,520-square-foot, two-story building, which has a loading dock, for $60,000.
Jeremy Rosner of Levey Miller Maretz represented the seller, Milford-based Southern Connecticut Financial. Brian Cook of Century 21 Command Realty represented the buyer.
The building originally housed an electric company, and subsequently was used for various purposes. The new owner is an electrician.
