Arin Hayden of Levey Miller Maretz has extended the term for the Family Dollar at 163 Boston Post Road in West Haven, CT. This Family Dollar has been an anchor tenant for the Allingtown plaza for many years and this extension will secure that for years to come. The 2024 Expiration will now push the lease to 2034, and it has Two 5 year options. The first year of the lease will be discounted so that the tenant can improve the space and update the inside of the store.
