Arin Hayden, of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC, leased a 9,570 Square Foot space at 2666 State Street, Hamden, CT. The space was occupied by Community Social Integration prior to them buying a building and relocating. The new occupant Freedom Reads, has been a tenant onsite and is expanding from 3,600 square feet to fill a total of 13,170 square feet. The new space is being rented at $8.91/square foot, NNN and the NNN are $3/square foot. The two spaces will have a single lease for 10 years.
