A company that makes high-end controllers and computer systems has leased space at 25 Marne St. in Hamden, in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.
Noah Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz represented both the tenant and landlord in the deal, in which Cyclone Microsystems leased 6,500 square feet of industrial space from Carlton Industrial Corp.
Cyclone Microsystems is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance controllers and embedded computer systems. The company, which has been in business for 30 years, services clients working in telecommunications, medical imaging, broadband networking, security and other industrial sectors.
