Steve Miller and Andy Brauer, of Levey Miller Maretz, LLC have leased a light industrial building located at 9 Corporate Ridge Road, in Hamden, CT. The 7200sf light industrial building was leased for a 3 year term + options to renew. The new tenant, Restore 24 NE, LLC, a restoration company out of Massachusetts, is opening their first location in Connecticut. The tenant was represented by Chris Duclos of Sentry Commercial Real Estate.
