Jeremy Rosner, of Levey Miller Maretz, brokered a lease for a 2200-square-foot retail store, located at 63 Amity Road, New Haven, CT. The retail space will be the new home to an adult recreational and medical cannabis dispensary. This is the second location for the new tenant, Nautilus Botanicals, which also has a cannabis cultivation warehouse in Bridgeport, CT.
