A pizza restaurant has leased space on Whitney Avenue in Hamden, in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.
Worldwide Quality Group has leased about 1,200 square feet of space, for 10 years, at 3394 Whitney Ave. The space previously was occupied by Papa John’s pizza restaurant.
The new tenant plans to open an eatery called Bobcat Pizza, a nod to nearby Quinnipiac University.
Mike Boyarsky of Levey Miller Maretz represented the tenant and the landlord, C.C.O.
