Steve Miller, principal and broker at Levey Miller Maretz Real Estate Services, recently received the Office Deal of the Year award from the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors’ Commercial Investment Division (CID).
The award recognizes the largest office space sale, based on price, completed between December 2013 and December 2014. Miller received the honor at the annual CID awards dinner.
Miller represented the buyer in the deal that earned him the award. In the deal, which closed in April 2014, APT Foundation bought the building at 495 Congress Ave. in New Haven for $2.8 million. Frank Hird of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller.
APT Foundation is a nonprofit that provides outpatient and residential substance use disorder treatment, primary healthcare, outpatient mental health treatment services, family counseling and other services.
The foundation was a tenant at 495 Congress Ave. before purchasing the building.
